Best mojito I ever had! Also DH loved the Pollo Guisado and the croquettes we shared pictured above were so good with a spicy sofrito and cream sauce on the side. I had the coconut shrimp pasta with some tostones (mashed fried plantains), very good. DH's entre came with rice, beans, and some maduros (slices of plantain marinated in citrus juices then fried).
It was a really unexpected and tasty dinner...in Kentucky!

Holy Cow! I had no idea you could get such a variety of food...in Kentucky! So glad you had a great trip!
